'Avg. Customer Review' stars missing... but only for 1 item!

Hi - weird problem has just cropped up - The stars won't display on the main pages for 1 item (Westjet).
They display ok on the Westjet pages but not in the main index.

Incidentally.. it's the only airline where the reviews stretch to 2 pages..
Could this be a factor?
